Who we are:
With more than 500,000 members
worldwide, the Order of the Eastern Star is
the largest fraternal organization in the
world to which both men and women may
belong. In Eastern Star, members promote
the values and charitable purposes that are
an important part of the Masonic fraternity.
Men seeking membership must be
members in good standing of a regular
Masonic lodge. Women must be at least 18
years of age.
